I used spies in the DL campaign to sabotage. The Dread Lords didn't do much after I had a spy on every factory, and they seem unable to nullify them.

[DA] Within range of my military starbase: tiny hulls, so that more ships in a fleet where they each get the starbase assist. OK for defence of a cluster of my planets and usually cheap to upgrade all of them. All other fleets: same size or larger hulls than the enemy. I like to have some fresh ships nearby to quickly replace casualties which can go be repaired. Smaller hulls get completely destro

That is what I want to say to N1 here: N1 didn't realize how lucky he was, our relations were "close" but I could crush it/him/her like a bug. (btw the deal where he gives 11bc was acceptable).
Minor races (up to 8 in DA metaverse games) always get a high quality planet, but you have to conquer them which can cause "tendancy to conquer others-" in your relations with other races.
Are you sure this is possible?
Yes, it happened in a (metaverse, DA) game I was playing a few minutes before I posted my reply. Great if you want peace but won't give up half your planets and most of your techs for it; you get it for free. I thin

Once im up and going, im normally at or around 75-85 depending on the galactic economy.
If you are at 60% production, you will have the same output at 100% production with 60% of your factories. You could build market places instead of some of those factories. I don't know any reason for having less than 100% production except when I suddenly lose a larg

The health bar and graphics seem familiar; a PS1 game? [EDIT: I just saw the address link with the game's name, and I am still not sure if I played it.]
Banned for banning someone.
[DA] As the title says, sometimes the game seems to freeze between turns (the "turn" button is hidden), but the cursor still moves (I use the "hardware" cursor option) and I can still navigate around the map and click on planets and ships. Clicking the "find" button can select to a ship which (surprisingly) still has moves remaining. I do not have the "skip moves left over" option on, so this ship should have been auto-select
1 - look at the list of planets to see which ones are making losses. Maintainance costs of the basic colony are significant early in the game; new colonies make a loss for a long time. Its not worth building many factories or labs (workers' costs) if you are on 60% production already.
I have some other PC games whose graphics mess up after an ALT-TAB (Windows XP).

www.ukash.com has info about buying vouchers in shops which can be spent online. The vouchers are in units, thus limiting your liability to the value of that voucher without having to give any personal details. The website has options for several countries. I haven't used this system myself; the nearest I have been is paying in shops to top-up my mobile phone. I guess

(Quoting Ashantai) is there any reason building tiny or small ones anymore ? Fleets can hold more tiny ships - good with military starbase assistance because each ship gets the defence/attack value added. So a +1 ship assistance on a fleet of 4 ships gives that fleet a (free!, once the starbas
In my last game, I caught Drath doing the same sort of thing! I conquered all their planets using mainly 500-troop transports. Most of the other races declared war on me, then I conquered the extreme planets which they had colonized in my territory. I just couldn't make any friends after that; I gave up after the Thalan Empire did its usual dominationism[e digicons]:\[/e] .
Granted - now they will all come to me. I wish I hadn't granted your wish, they've all gone shopping.
When I was new to GalCivII, the random events were significantly game-changing, especially the pirates event. Now that I play at crippling difficulty (huge or gigantic maps), most of the events are another challenge in my game; both myself and the AI can handle them - the balance of the game is not upset, indeed they usually merely speed up the process of wiping out the weak[e digicons]XD[/e] .
