Wow, Magnum! Over 567k points! What settings did you use for this one? I think I'll try a game with evil alignment next, seems like you get more points with it.

I noticed the same thing. The fleets should be formed faster in the "waiting stack", and the AI could put them to use faster as well.

I second comments no. 2 and 3 of Binnister, the AI is building nice ships and forms good fleets with it (although a bit slow sometimes), but it is rarely taking the initiative. I'm almost never on the defending side in a battle because usually the AI ships are too slow for that and even when they have the opportunity to strike first, often enough they don't use it. From time to time the AI even seems to forget to move some ships, even at war (!).

It's a bug that happens when you use the "propaganda" invasion option and lose more soldiers than you had on your own originally. Definitely no AI cheat. A typical number overflow (or more exactly underflow in this case) I guess. Ah, remember the good old times where you got a fortune in games when going deep enough in debt.

I don't think tiles on larger planets have a smaller chance of special properties. The incorrect completion time for social projects is happening frequently on the planet screen, rather annoying I'd say (yes, I'm a build perfectionist ). The numbers on the colony list seem to be always correct though.

Has Anyone Tested The +25HP From WarParty On This? Might Make It VERY Easy To Start Off This Way No, 1 HP plus 25% (even +99%) is still 1 HP.

Why the on-planet build time differs from the one of the planet list? Its calculated differently it seems, which sound rather weird. The colony list is right in my experience. It's a bit annoying that the build time seems to be always longer than what's indicated on the planet. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Hmm.gif" border=0 AL

Same problem here: I just submitted a game on "maso" difficulty (9 enemies on "incredible") - but it is shown as "normal"! The scoring seemed more like "normal" than "maso" as well. It was definitely NOT normal, the aliens owned me with their economies at first... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Hmm.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmidd

Maybe this thread should be renamed to something like: "Graphics somewhat hollow? - help here!". I stumbled across several people with this problem, but they didn't read a "Win2K and Europe" topic. The problem is definitely NOT Win2K only, by the way.

Andarion77, have a look here: Link - it should solve your issue. But I don't think TheBigTea has the same problem, have you done what Peace Phoenix suggested? There's a slider called "tactical view zoom level" in the options - playing around with it might help.

this game is VERY particular about resolutions I disagree. I tried a number of settings, and they all worked. There are problems for some people, but for the majority the game seems to play just fine.

Just tell me that research points and social points carry over on the next item (tech or building), I'm pretty sure they do for research, and I think for social production as well. They don't for military production though, but I hope this will be changed at some point... <img src="http://images.stardo

bump. Argh, those pesky spammers! A good read, it might appease some of the uber-realistic people who like to nit-pick on sci-fi details. It's a game, and it plays more than 200 years in the future, things

Any ship with a "survey module" is a surveyor - you usually start with such a ship as your flagship.

Huh? Your question seems a bit weird. The way it is intended to work (and does AFAIK) is as follows: Building a factory (10 production points, let's say) on a +100% production tile gives you 20 production (with 100% spending on 100% MilProd, of course).

Military resources are working, don't worry. Did you send more constructors to the mining base in order to add some mining modules? The base on its own only gives +5% for attack and defense, thus you only see the effect when having values of 20 and above.
