If you mean multiplayer online then galciv2 is single player only.

You need to create a character first , Go into metaverse on this site and click on the account tab. then Create a character

I was sent this link by support when I had problems activating GalCivII. I didn't use it as my problem was sorted but I hope it's some help to you. Offline Activation Guide Edit: You could also try deleting the sig.bin file from the main GalCiv2 install folder (or GalCiv2/DarkAvatar folder if it's DA that is the problem) and try to validate again

Personally I love the idea but I can see someone not wanting them in the game for some reasonor other, But I am quite surprised by the total loathing some people have. Is it just something that generally annoys you or can you be more specific?

i put the diffuculty up really high thinkin it was goin pretty easy I think most people have done this, I know I did. Needless to say I got totally squashed by the AI's There are tips available in the other areas of the forums as well as on Empire forums such as the Core. There are loads of strategies mentioned, If one doesn't work for you then try another. There's no set way to win. <div clas

I agree with all the above posts. and anyway, who says you have to play on the higher levels to get a lot out of this game. Things are so customizable that even the lower levels are fun. Like has been said, learning the game is key. Read a few of the strategy threads, and remember, there's no fixed best way to play GalCiv. There are as many winning strategies as players. Hope you don't give up, You'll be happy you stuck in there.

Yeah that would be bad for a programmer to change meta scores. It would be pointless anyway, what a waste of time. Getting a good score is mostly personal.

ONE of your games worked? Seriously? Odd, the rest of the world that actually TRIED Vista hasn't run into that, unless by "None" you mean you only tested ONE game off a list of very old games. I think you like Microsoft far too much. a game works, that means Vista is implacable Edit By The Way, Define "Rest of the World"

I think this is something to be worried about , but something we have no real control over This issue is real, we have the basic technolgy, this tech will be used. are we as Mr and Mrs voters going to stop te super powerful from doing what they chose. I think that the human super rich in the decades to come will use any technology available for their improvement no matter what the ethical cost to the masses.
