I'd protect the sh1t out of them if I were you.
uhm... could I ask what the point is of this post? El_Conquest is now stunned why anyone would do this HI and GOODBYE!! If you check his bio you will see he's a new member. So I
Political comments like that really have no place in game forum. There are lots of places on the web that cater to discussions along geo-political lines. I come here to read about a game I enjoy and share ideas with people who feel the same way, about said game. Here Here. Politics can explode into a flame war in minutes and before you kn
Damn no more space villages But where are the space idiots going to live?
Actually go to the galciv wiki, they explain this very well, it's affects *base* morale so it's more effective then 20% Could you post a link, I cant seem to find it.
noobtard, Noobtard. I kove it. Never heard that before. I have one kind of freighter, too (actually a large hull). I find them very useful. I go to the shipyard and put as many engines on a large hull (1 HP) t
Kosty I have a athlon 3500+ 2.2GHz and an ATI x850xt-PE. (just looked and it's well above minimum spec.) I assume most processor power goes to the AI anyway. Far better than stunningly pretty but pig thick computer opponents you find in so many games. Like the computer game version of Baywatch! I just got that Galactopedia you mentioned. Fantastic. Especially the info about the tech tree. and what is needed to buils certain items. It gives you enough info to get the i
Thanks so much for the help Kosty. I had exactly the same problems as you did. I managed to get the windowed gameplay a little into the second screen (By luck not judgement) but same thing happened with the mouse. I cant get it to work fullscreen. and I have heard that windowed games use much more resources. Do you know if thats trus? I have now set the prefs.ini and it works great. I tried it on both resolutions you suggest and the boxes are easier to read
I have a ati X850xt on windows xp and would love to know how to get the game to "horizontal span" XP lets me extend the desktop but I cannot get the game to expand even with fullscreen turned off Do I need any other software. or is it something with the game I have to change. Like reinstalling it after the second monitor is connected?
"Also, is there a search function in these forums? " Look left and down. Or is it up. MD
Chose a custom map. I have only played with chaos so far and it reduced the number of opponents to 3. It wont let you chose them though. About the ships, I dont know but there realy easy to build.
Charging to add what is a standrard feature nowadays is an insult to customers I take it all back, I have read further on this point and I admit I was wrong. It was a Knee jerk reaction without thinking. All I can say is " I've been well and truely told". Can I come out of the Dog House yet? MD
The map building tools that we used for the campaign missions, in its current state, is a buggy POS so you don't want to use it. We'll be releasing all the editors at a later date in an expansion or something, once we have time to make them rock-solid for the users. I would like to see that some day. More game content first please.
I see a pattern and cannot see an answer. I also would like a little help. Or is it like falling through a dimentional rift. You only know what you get when you arrive. MD
If the AI doesn't try to win, it's probably because the game won't allow it to win. The AI can't win a tech or alliance victory even if it fulfills the requirements. So the AI gets discouraged. Has it got a little corner to sulk in or does it just pretend not to listen. MD
gmjapan 143kilos per person, thats nothing. Being part of a space faring Civ is hunrgry work you know! Pity you cant open a McDonnalds franchise and clean up. It would be the fastest growing franchise in the galaxy. With 8 quarter pounders per kilo, means 1143 burgers per person per day.Thats one hell of a lot of BullSh1t.<br/

I am totally disappointed in GC II because I can't play it due to your decision NOT to have copy protection. No CD neededDOH. And how is this the fault of the non existent copy protection anyway. I completely fail to see a connection.
I couldn't agree more. I hate having to use the CD to play games and to that end I tend to get the No CD patches that are available so I can then keep my valuable and hard worked for software safe, I also Like your attitude to your customers. almost every other company treats it's customers with such suspicion they put me right off. Some of these copy protections are so severe they actually damage system stability and are even fatal to the operating system if removed. This attitu
