Whatever percentage you set to financial resources of a civ it is always resetted to 100%.I'm trying to customize every race with their own strenght and weakness, and the fact that you can't set financial resources percentage for civ is simply annoying.
I'm enjoying how i can personalize every aspect of every race. Considering that i like to play everytime with races which have abilities, political party, aggression levels which IMO reflects how they are depicted in game, if i press SAVE, will i maintain the same political party, abilities and aggression levels of previous games?In other words pressing SAVE do I hardcode abilities,political party and aggression levels for every race? If i set also natural abilities to +50% does it mean
In GC2 intelligent was the level AI used all algorithms, and levels from tough to suicidal all used intelligent AI. Now in Dark Avatar there are other AI levels like Godlike, Ultimate. If i set to ultimate the AI, the level of difficulty goes from Tough to Painful. I would like to play at max level of AI (ultimate), but i don't want to give advantages to AI (want to play at Tough), is it possible to play in DA with max AI and no advantages to AI as in GC2, or maximized AI is enabled

As the title says i can play only with 9 other races.How can i play with all races, there are always 2 civs remained also on huge maps.
Noob question: I'm willing to buy DA through a prepaid card which uses Visa, Visa electron circut, but when i go to buy the game there is the field "name as it appears on card". On my prepaid card i have only the number of card, card identification number and expiration date.What should i write in the field "name as it appears on card"? My prepaid card is taken from Italian post offices.

Reading some posts of people which have played the beta i'm worrying about the fact that diplomat ability can reintroduce the levels of tech whoring that were present when GCII was released. This feature *should* be included in the GalCiv2+ mod, which will be coming out some time after DA is released. What is this galciv2 + mod? Is this a Stardock mini-addon which will be available for who buys DA?
1) Races more unique. Every race should get specific content.For example unique improvements, unique weapons, unique defense or something similar which other races can't have.BTW with DA seems Stardock is on the right direction with Unique Hulls and Unique Abilities.In GC2 differences between races were really a few. 2)One thing which i don't understand is why this game don't have a system like in CIV4 of governments or civics.It would simply give this game a strategic depth uncomparable.<br

I would like to know whether in DA there are new portraits for Minor Races, so we won't get minors which get the same portrait which was a bit disturbing in GC2. I would like to know also if you can spy now on minors and if in diplomacy you can break alliances with them unlike what happened in GC2?
Not having played DA beta i would like to know whether espionage is all about destroying improvements.From feedbacks on the forums it seems that spies are always linked to destroying improvements, so are there other options for espionage which weren't included in GC2? For example can i make a terrorist act which kills 1 b population, or try to poison all scientists of a race which would slow their research, or also try to cause a war between races?
When a spy agent hit a farm, perhaps you could not lose all unsupported population in one turn.What i mean is that after a spy destroy a farm and you have 9 b people, while your planet can support 6 b people instead of losing 3 b people at once you lose 500 million people per turn.I think it would be more balanced and realistic.

I have installed 1.4 and noticed a great bug in planetary screen. After 1.4 portraits of planetary improvements are totally messed up it seems like there is an overlapping between terrain portrit and improvement portrait. I have no mod on gc2 i have just changed portrait of minor races so i don't think it is a reason of my messed up portraits of planetary improvemnts. These are my specs: AMD 3500+ X800XT 2 GB RAM 200 GB HD
While all people can enjoy 1.4 update it seems that my stardock central hasn't yet available 1.4 patch.I have tried to change US server as some people said me when i had some problems for previous patches; while in the past changing US server was useful to download the patch this time there is no way i have 1.4 available on SD central. There is another link where i can download patch or in any case how can i solve this problem?
