Before I send a zipped savegame to Stardock, I just want to see if anyone else has seen this. It's happened to me even since DL, but I just saw the worst example of it in the latest DA build (not 1.6 Beta, but the latest 1.5x).
Typically, one AI flagship will get stuck on an anomaly, and just sit there for the rest of the game (in fact, in every game where this has happened, it's only happened to one AI ship, as if when one does this, the others won't). If my flagship, or any survey ship, is on autosurvey, it will try to get to the anomaly under the AI ship, and so will just sit one tile away indefinitely. The AI flagships will do the same thing. So, the AI flagships, once they get near enough to the malfunctioning AI ship, will be effectively put out of commission.
The latest game I'm playing has 4 or 5 AI flagships sitting around the Drengin flagship, which is stuck on an anomaly. If I click on the Drengin ship, in the stacked ship display it shows the Drengin ship with a number by it (5 in this case, I think, and I assume that refers to its logistics value), then a blank square representing the anomaly with 0 for its number. If I click on the anomaly square, it comes up, as if it were a ship, but shows it as "anomaly".
Anyone else seen this kind of thing? If not, I'll just put it down to my computer not having much RAM. Perhaps that's making strange stuff happen. But if someone else has seen this also, I'll send my save in to make an official bug report.
Thanks!
