Someone mentioned in IRC earlier that they got a UP resolution to give extra free traderoutes to all civs. I spent a while with galciv.exe CHEAT and used ctrl-V a bunch to run through a good nubmer of UP resolutions.
some seem to work properly, some don't work at all, and some work partially. Below are the results of the ones I could easily test without needint to wait a year of gametime.
resolution to protect traderoutes, 10% of trade income goes to tax for it.
appears to work, current value of 3 and rade revenue of 2 from trade at max distance.
in fairness to sector owners, colonized planets that are located in sectors not under their control will have a tax on them for 2 years - 5/turn
- does not appear to work, built 36 starbases in the territory of the other 6 factions. I do not appear to be charged on a per turn basis for any of them
newly inhabited planet, torians got it. Does not appear to have given them an extra planet.
civilizations at war are taxed X per month
expenses gets a "Warfare Tax" entry that appears to work fine.
constructor minimum speed
constructor magically seems to get faster, seems to work.
how many additional trade routes should be given (2)
I did not appear to get +2 traderoutes available
Galactic prison gives production bonus to planet.
appears to work. +10% production and blurb about the UP having a prison that gives a bonus to production.
getting a second one does not appear to give another blurb anywhere and does not appear to give another bonus to production
there is an event how much should each race pay for it
appears to reduce the credits and work properly.
xyz has been exploiting the local fauna, should they be required to pay X to the other civs.
does not appear to feed any money back to me, unsure if the AI was charged.

I did get a new planet, class 11.
how much weaponry should a freighter have (4 points)
freighter pops out with 0/0/0. After starting it on a traderoute, it was still 0/0/0
same question came up later and resulted in a 2, transports already in effect were still 0/0/0

does not appear to work.
Should all current wars be resolved.
- nobody was at war, but do recall it working in the past.
should everyone change to star democracy government for Y years.
appears to work and change govt type, however I became a star federation rather than a star democracy.
how many techs should be shared to help other races (3)
I got several new tech briefings for techs I already had, then got a message saying that we were too advanced and thus didn't get any neat stuff but everyone else did.
