i have managed to convince the online retail shop in romania to buy the game.i made a pretty good description of the game,told them to come to the site and see how many people have posted here,but the decisive line was when i told them that the game is so good that it will have a sequel.today i got the confirmation from them:they WILL buy it in a couple of months.now that is some fine news heh brad? LOL

i reached the population limit on a planet it is 100 billion.my earth was class 35,morale 100 and 100 billion people but the pop didn't increse anymore
i manage to convince the guys from the biggest retail store in romania(the guys that sell over the internet) to get Galactic Civilisations.i really can't wait untill they get it so i can buy it.i really want to download those patches.i did a pretty cool description of the game and they loved it and prommised to get it.it will take a few months though but i am rea;;y happy.
are you aware that you can build double of every trade good or wonder?and the effect stack.with only your planets you can build double TG only if you have two planets building in the same time and that finish in the same amount of months.if you have a conquered planet you can build TG in double even if the two planets don't finish at the same time.it is really usefull.i got 2 the terraformer once(nice).in my current game i got two gravity accel and the effect stacked
actually i have made the best bargain ever in my current game on painfull : i have sold avatar tech to the drengin for 42 bc for 900 months.ofcourse i haben't got the time to collect all the money :D

thanks but is not in the early game and it's just me and him.i traded for all his techs and after 5-6 turns he has another 10 techs that i don't have :sniff!:
i have a problem:i can't out-research the strongest AI in every game.they allways are in front of me even if i keep my spending at 100% and research at 100%.in my actual game,the drengins seem to research 4-5 techs per turn.is AI cheating?
that i don't know but the AI's don't seem to have our problems with morale.i tried to do that and it worked just fine with the morale but i kept taxes at default(33%).of course morale was high much longer on better planets but when it started to go down the toilet i built entertainment network.later in the game i built teleporters.that works for me-i'm playing challenging now
ok here what i've seen in two days observing the AI's colonizing planets:they are getting 100 milions peoples on planets 19 class and up,and 200-250 milions on planets 15-18 class.that seems to balance their income in the early game so the planets lower in class have as much income as those high class planets.and the population increases at almost the same pace so later in the game the population on the planets won't be so unbalanced.i hope this helpes.

if you are going for a tech victory the best strategy is to remain in the end only with on of these two teams to put it that way:1)drengin-yor or 2)altarian-torian altough it works better with the second.after you achieved that get an alliance with one of them.now is time luck's time to get involved.if they form an alliancec together,your tech win is sure to come.it worked to me 4 times now.
i raised the difficulty to challenging for the first time and won.military victory.but the drengin who were my last rivals attacked me without any warning.my relation with them was friendly and they attacked me.i was stronger in military power too so they just commited suicide.it happened to anyone else?i was lucky with the yor though,they were allied with drengin but that fundamentalist movement happened and they dissapeared.that was cool.

you mean that i have to save my games just before i win and then submit to metaverse without serial number? i don't understand
i won a tech victory but still not found excalibur class.i can't upgrade my game,is that the problem,the excalibur is in a new version?my serial number is not received thus i can;t upgrade.and i can't even submit my score to metaverse-i have done my greatest score yet and i can't subscribe.damn that serial number!
i am playing the first version of the game because i can't upgrade my game-intelligence is only normal and they have upgraded they star bases at around 60% influencee bonus.i played a little further now and they almost stole 2 star systems from me.luckilly i won a tech victory first
LOL i'm playing a new game now and is the first time i maybe able to win a tech victory:is only me,altarians(my allies) and the torians that are my friends so all is quiet and i can do a lot of research.but what i've seen there it's really odd thinking of what i read from this forum:the torian and altarians are allied but the torians were almost eaten by altarian influence(they have only 5-6 star systems-on medium).i thought they are doomed and i have to broke the allience with the altarians so
