i raised the difficulty to challenging for the first time and won.military victory.but the drengin who were my last rivals attacked me without any warning.my relation with them was friendly and they attacked me.i was stronger in military power too so they just commited suicide.it happened to anyone else?i was lucky with the yor though,they were allied with drengin but that fundamentalist movement happened and they dissapeared.that was cool.

Yes! I had a similar event in a recent game against the Trojans. We where close and I was spending zero on espionage . . . one of thier politicians was killed and they declaired war on me (along with most the minors).

Although as I read through your post again it seems there was no 'event' triggering the change of heart! That's odd . . . did you attack one of thier allies (a minor perhaps?). Somtimes also if thier govenment is destabilized or loses power that can cause friction. :notsure:

i did't do anything to them and i wasn't ata war with anyone.
