i won a tech victory but still not found excalibur class.i can't upgrade my game,is that the problem,the excalibur is in a new version?my serial number is not received thus i can;t upgrade.and i can't even submit my score to metaverse-i have done my greatest score yet and i can't subscribe.damn that serial number!

Yeah, it came with the bonus pack I believe. It's one sweet ship, just one of those can take out entire fleets at a time.

The Excalibur is in the upgrade. If you're just waiting for the serial number, don't worry.

Make sure to save your save games right before you will. When you register, you'll be able to submit your game then.

If you don't have a serial number you shouldn't be able to play the game.

Is it a second-hand game? If so, you'll need to get the previous owner to change his registered email...
