There is a seperation of church and state in our country; the question is how long it will last True. Also the degree of seperation, to which malevolent entities (*cough* ACLU *cough* ) seperate it or wish it seperated. It's one thing to take a stand where the government doesn't decide religion and is not affected by one, but its <

I was not egotistically promoting anything. And you certainly will not squelch me. The thread was about the 1.1 memory problem. I have the problem big-time. If you did not attempt to muzzle me would have already moved on by now. So stop your personal attacks. I never made one in any of my posts. I posted a factual description of my own experiences with the memory cr

In my last game I offered 100,000 bc, all my planets, and all my ships, all my techs and all my starbases and the AI said no thanks. Thats just stupid to have it refuse any trade deal. I was the leader in the game and was miles ahead of anyone else and had 3/4 of the galaxy under my control. It was a deal the AI should not have turned down as it would have won the game if

I for one would like to mention again my dislike for the changes that were made for people bitching about tech trading. Now that there is an option for no tech trading, period we still have the "changes" made. I really don't buy the argument I was fed to me once before, "the AI couldn't handle it." IMO since there was an option trading should pretty much been left alone or the way it was. Now trading is REALLY jacked. No idea if they are just messing with you, gotta shell some do

Cheers Cari ! For your achievements and hard work. You deserve recognition. I am not a feminist nor anti-feminist, my philosophy is equality. Nowadays, females are doing things that used to be males only or what not. I totally support the best person for the job should have the job.

Heh. Well Flonne is barely tolerable herself. Do you have Laharl or Etna too ? The things they utter in response to Flonne: PRICELESS. also humorous is that Flonne is elite (1337)

The game already does that. Its called "Colony Rally Point" under governors, you can tell it instead of sending ship to x now send it to y, where x and y are waypoints.

It's nice to see 3-4 posts in a row saying good/evil/neutral is best.. must be balanced then The one alignment that "owns" is the one that suits you best.

Well in a word, Yes. Tutorials. Wiki. Newb Guides. You can start to bleed your econ with big expensive ships too. For the most part it is friendly to accomodate newbs AND there's also the higher difficulties for hardcore players.

Well these influence bases "Amplify" influence in its Area of Effect. I know what you've been asking but I don't have any hard proof or clarifications from Devs to back it up. What I can tell you is if you truly want to focus on taking certain planets rather than getting 75% of the galaxy your color, build the bases with the planets in the range of its effect area. And if you are going for influence victory, build influence bases as well as mine the influence resources to

I know an easy answer is for a dumb AI to do dumb things if you're playing at a low diff level. But, even on tough it does that junk as well as put starports on planets with horrible production (Like Wisp LoL )
