Sometimes the proof is in the hull size. Perhaps on bigger hull size the Droid III takes less space than II ? Yes? I've seen it with other techs but havent checked these two.

I'd agree I don't or wouldn't like a to hit. Maybe could have the tech increase effectiveness of components. More efficient at firing = more damage.

I would just decrease the range bonus number for the techs. Maybe cut them in half and see how that goes. Then you can always go back and tweak them down again if needed.

Yes and no. The good guys have that one improvement that suppose to get races to surrender to you. Hall of Empathy. Other than that I'm not sure how align plays into surrenders.

I had a problem when laying down factorys after the last tile filled it switched to manufacturing capital.. and if I wasnt careful instead of buying that first factory I'd buy the capital.

Who you play with the most. To have it change from x race to y race, must play y more than x in the games you submit.
