Stardock POWNS CASE CLOSSED 90% of EA games have no/late patchs, which are 6-12months after the release . ANd mostly its compatibitly/balancing issues that takes no real effort to fix. Until i got gal civ2 and seen what these guy do (ie stardock) and how they care about how thier customers feel and actually import the customers ideas into the game..

this game is so customizable, there can be so many different ways to set up your race. It all depends on what stradgy you plan on using.

Nope. No interest at all in MP. There are plenty of choices of good MP games out there - but very few SP games worth a hoot. Stardock only has so many people and a limited amount of time and resources to work on the game - I'd rather they spent it on things to improve SP. Keep the MP slider at 0.

See now, I find the current descriptions mildly amusing. So, y'know, I don't want them changed. Same here, i find it nice that they dont take the game too seriously

For all you runnin beta 1-1beta1, its Highly unstable, recommend you go to beta 3, or back to 1.0x, proably fix a lot of your problems. Also if you dont know what a beta is by definition... then DONT UPGRADE TO IT. Cause its a beta after all. IF it worked fine on a prevous ver, go back to that ver and wait for the finale patch to come out. same here, however in my game i played in beta 2, there was a section of the map ... if you would build any starbases, or do an invasion in this area, the game would crash. But i agree its a lot more stable then the first beta.

For a beta patch it does alot ... but if it crashs, rember its a Beta... But i love the new features cant wait for the final to be released.
