Which tech trees r underpowered

This is tp help the game designers for Civilization 3, but it might be helpful to know which tech trees r underpowered. It also would be nice to know what kind of custom tech trees for custom races to include or how u can modify the small race tech trees or the Dread lords. The reason I do this is so I can play the best game possible

Like I said in the other thread, ask this on the GalCiv 3 forum, if you want to help the devs. You have much better chances of getting replies.

As for modifying the Dread Lords or minor race tech trees, you can do this either via the supplied Tech Editor or by using a text editor. Both ways have their pros and cons. I personally prefer to use a text editor (Notepad++), because I find it much easier to work with.
