I tried to make a 5th level of asteroid base with a Space Mining IV tech. I put this in Galciv2\DarkAvatar\Data\English\AsteroidFieldMiningBaseModules and it doesn't seem to work. What else do I need to do?

I also noticed that if you try to make asteroid bases cost something it has no effect. I also seem to remember that they were going to be able to boost research and maybe other things too. Was that nerfed or something?
