Howdy,

I've been playing through the game at various difficulty settings. When I got my ass handed to me by the Torians for the first time ever, I wondered "what the hell", (I usually laugh when they declare war on me).  I've been trying to find some information about what exactly the AI does/gets at the different settings. I've been doing some searching and have heard about a 100% income bonus at one setting; but its hard to find much info. Any details would be greatly appreciated.
