The "Milky Way" map comes with it's own Dread Lords to start with; the
first time I played it I got the Dread Lords event fairly soon in and
had to deal with double the Dread Lords. I wasn't able to place spies
on the 2nd DL planet (to hamper their production) because the game said
they were a "minor race". Ain't nothing minor about two Dread Lords in
your backyard...
Then, ironically, both those baboons went to war with each other. I saw a lot less DL ships after that, thankfully...
