Couple TA Beta 4 bugs

Playing the Korx if that matters. New Beta 4.

1) I've noticed that in the diplomacy screen when you click on money it doesn't always pull up a green amount that the AI will accept. About 50-50 so far. A bit annoying but not a game breaker.

2) And this is a biggy. In the diplomacy the indications that a tech is unique tech (the *) is gone and the racial logo when looking at a unique tech by right clicking is also gone. I've also found that races are trading around unique techs that I don't believe were tradable before. Arceans had Slave Pits (not sure if that was tradable before) but more weird is a minor had Weather Control (which I'm pretty positive isn't tradable). So it looks like some old tech code got merged into beta 4 perhaps.

On to play some more, will report any more things as I come across them.

3) Racial logo's missing from the tech tree as well.

4) Minor just build the Innovation Complex. I believe this is a Terran only building?

Looks to be most things I'm running into are tech tree related.

I'm suspecting the Tech problems are related to the fact that the new "Default" tech tree is generated with ALL techs in it.

That probably is why the race icons are missing (since no tech is actually present in only a particular tech tree anymore) and minors are building the Innovation Complex (or getting techs that aren't tradeable).
