Ok, this needs a bit of balancing
the drengin empire special ability (both of them) aren't working like they should

the first is to extort other races for tech or money, well i was the second strongest but couldn't get anything out of them.

second, when you attack or get attacked you get a army on your side for free.
to bad they are only speed 3 (to slow).
but also, i had a minor race near me, so i declare war, offered peace and they really wanted to, than i declared war, make peace, dec war, make peace again.
3 times, in 1 turn,
my expenses went from about -120 to -8000, i was the strongest in the game but couldn't handle it economical.
ofcourse i could just sell them for about 18bc a piece, wich would give me nice credits. but i could create an endless army with this or and endless ammount of money.
