When you declare war and the ground battle screen comes up. The players bar (the one which is contantly changing always starts at the colour red, then a few micro seconds later it changes to the correct colour of your race. Point 2. (You can ignore this if you wish) I decided to take a modded race from GalCivII adapted it for DA and tried it out. It worked great! Played perfectly. The one issue was that the Bik files didn't work. (they worked in GalCivII). I got a still so it didn't affect the game play. Anyhow it's something to look into later when all the other issues have been solved.
