This would be the most daunting phase, partly be cause of the deadline set for the launch of the Mayflower: 2225. They aggressively observed and stuidied other cultures, and adapted the culture of the "U.S" to those cultures. Predictably, this was extremly difficult, even driving some members insane, to leave thr group, or most drasticly, scuicide. Dispite these set-backs, they somehow sucsessfully submissed many of Earth's nations into thier culture. It seemed that the A.F.H.U had achieved thjier goal: uniting humanity. They did, to a certain exten0t,but that unity came at a price: monotony and boredom. The humans lost thir sence of induviduality, and were despartly searching for different cultutres to embrace. That day would come on on September 26,2225, the day the Mayflower launced to Mars, fufilling the dream of many humans: the colonazation of another world. As the humans slowly consturucted thier interplanetary empire, they encountered our sworn enimies, The Arcean Empire and Alterian Republic. Unfortunatly, we did not know of the humans, or thier allience with our enimies, until in 2231,when the three powers declared war on us. The fighting quickly reached a stalemate because both sides were using the same offensinve and defesive thechnologies: lasers and shields. Whenever one side produced a more powerful and potent laser, the other made a more advanced shield, resulting in heavy casualties on both sides: 200,000 total ships lost and 350 billion soldiers lost in failed or spoilesss invasions in the first two years alone. The four nations were ready to discus peace terms when the humans invented a new weapon technology: Mass drivers. Although the early versions of this weapon were primitive, they devestated our ships. Coupled with the advanced sheilds they were using, they obliterated star-bases and sometimes frightened entire planets or fleeets into surrender. When the Alterians and Arceans developed railgun and missile technologies of thier own, it looked that the Empire would be completely ahnialated. However, accusations of torture of Drengin prisoners of war against Alterian prison guards gave Lord Kona just enough time to develop a peace treaty. And on march 26,2240, the Treaty of Vizzard was sigined. It was a one-sided treaty that achieved peace, but also gave Lord Kona a new strategy for conquering the galaxy. After the war, Lord Kona saw that the humans were ebracing the cultural ideas of the Arceans and Alterians. Polittical, religieous, any thing that was different. In response to this Allan Bradly, repeatedly elected as Ambossodor and Chanclor, set up the Institute For Traditional Ideas. They put sactions on trade and limited tourism, wich sparked protests. The Empire started building relations with the humans and trading with them.
To keep from arousing any suspicion, we decided to construct starbases were beings could socialise instaead of broadcasting our ideals to the humans. The fall of the Terran Allience was about to begin...
