I've had this idea for a while now since I was getting annoyed by how home systems work for custom races. Why not add a system that is in with making a custom race that allows a player to design their home starsystem within the game.

I know you can do it in the XML, but even there you have to change the default. If you make a separate entry and put in the homeworld name or star name of that entry when you make a race it works like it would if you didn't even edit the XML. So obviously that isn't what is needed for this.
