The next update is going to update the scoring system.
This is wonderfull, because it means there IS a scoring system, that your scores are not generated at random.
Why would I say such a silly thing? Because I have been asking, and asking, but no one has any clue where there might be an actual description of the scoring system. All I get is vague references "seems like long games get more points" and things like that.
Of course that doesnt make one bit of sense, because winning on turn five hundred should be an impressive feat, where winning on turn seven thousand is not exactly going to turn anyones head.
But I digress.
Where the heck is there a detailed explanation of the scoring system? Must I play every possible game type, with every (infinite) strategy type, to get some extremely vague idea of how it works? How are people supposed to compete for better scores, even if only against theselves, if they dont even know the rules?????
I am sorry if I sound frustrated, but I have been asking the question for a while now, and it seems no one has an answer.
