I have noticed that every time I send a fleet of constructors to upgrade a starbase with at least two ships, the last module will not be added.
When 2 modules are left to be chosen, if I pick a module that requires additional funds (like battle stations or ultimate sensors) that after confirming I want to spend the money the stats window for the starbase will open, instead of the module selection screen, leaving the last constructor in space, next to the starbase. If there is no extra cost, then the last module adds just fine.
By no means a major thing, but I started to wonder why I had multiple single constructors sitting about after a while.
Anyone else notice this happening?
