Many of these are not new, but they remain. Nothing dramatic.
1. The minor civ AIs seem to really like influence. They build lots of embassies and take over influence resources. Unfortunately, it does them no good, to my knowledge.
2. When I took over a planet this morning, the governor, to my surprise, had auto-upgraded an enhanced factory to a manufacturing center. This was surprising because I did not have the technology. The previous owner did, however, so I may have been just continuing his project (not sure what behavior is supposed to be here).
3. Odd inconsistency with double build. If you select a building, you can sometimes click build x times to place x quickly. Other times, you have to select the building each time. I'm not certain whether this working or it not working is wrong (I find it helpful), but the inconsistency is a bit annoying (would rather have it as is than not be able to do it all).
4. Double clicking in the diplomacy screen is interpretted as a triple click (click two techs quickly (same square), and you get three techs). This may be happening other places as well, but I could not get it to occur on the ship building page.
5. If the AI will not trade an offensive tech with you because of your military size, adding cash or influence makes the dialog turn green, despite the fact that they will not accept. It reverts to red after closing the sliding box.
6. If you are at tactical zoom, ships built with rally points do not appear until you click on them or they move. The are invisible at both tactical and standard zoom levels. They appear properly if built at standard zoom (even if you later go to tactical).
7. Modules requirements for Subspace Blaster II, Ship Pounder II, and Star Javelin II are nothing (same for IIIs, StarbaseModules.xml does not contain the requirements). Suggest at least simiar requirements as Defense (SBII should require SBI). At the very least, Battle Stations Mark I should be required (given the description for BSM 1).
8. Battle Stations Mark Four is named Battle Stations Mark III in StarbaseModules.xml.
9. Still some Earth-specific dialog that makes no sense for other races. Election Preview is one example (English.str:13_Message). It says "...Earth's colonists gain increasing amount of say in the senate...". Since I'm playing Drath Legion, I would hope not. Some others in that file look similarly suspicious (FirstColony and 32_Message).
