This needed mostly because core designs can't be upgraded.
4.Leave survay ships in "auto survay" mode even if no anomalities detected (make it "sit and wait" or just do "auto exploration" in meanwhile)
This will make the life a bit easier to control as well as illuminate unfair adventage UI have over player because it detects newly apeared anomalies same turn and player not always.
(other option is to give a message "new anomaly detected in sensors range" or something like that).
