If you lease a trade good to someone else you get the bonus - and they do too. If you lease a trade good from someone else, you get the bonus. (It's often cheaper to lease them than to build them!) Alex ~SDC~

Each block is then decreased by 5% per complete 30 days old. Finally the calculated scores for each block are added. Alex ~SDC~ [Message Edited]

Roughly.... Your Metaverse scores are divided into blocks of 30 days from the most recent submitted game. Each block is divided by the square root of the number of games in it, and discounted by 5% per complete block of 30 days before it. These scores are then added to give your metaverse score.
