If you are playing as a pacifist then it is in you best interested to sue for peace. That means bribe your way to peace. Offer cash, tech, ships, planets, as soon as you get peace send trade ships to that AI. Trading will help enforce the peace.

Another way may be to bribe other AI to war with the ones at war with you.

Another way may be to sue for peace with one of the attacking AI and have it go to war with the other attacking AI.

If you do not want to sue for peace then get as many ships to orbit the stars that are in danger as possible. Build up the planetary defences as fast as possible. I am betting that it is possible to win but you will have a tough time if you can't stop them.

On other thing to try is, build a fleet and take over their planets even at the loss of other planets. The benifit here is you should get conquered technology like ship technology. This will allow you to build bigger ships.

Last option, reload to a previous saved game before they started the attacks and concentrate on military techs and build your fleet as fast as possible.

Not only will you get there tech, you will get well developed planets that already have alot of social improvements. Good Luck.

i just keep 2 of the strongest ships i can build a.i ones that have strong defence and keep two of them in ever one of my planets and that keeps a large enoth force for them not to mess with me.

Another way is to build a defensive starbase at a planet in danger and give it every military module that you can afford to give your ships an attack and defence bonus.
