Trade goods bonuses

So when I build a trade good I get the bonus. If I lease it to someone else do I still get the bonus as well? Does the lease last forever? I don't think I have ever leased anything to an AI, is it like trading tech? How does it work?

If you lease a trade good to someone else you get the bonus - and they do too.

If you lease a trade good from someone else, you get the bonus. (It's often cheaper to lease them than to build them!)

Got it. How long is the lease, and is it done automatically? I don't believe I know of an AI leasing anything from me.
