In another thread someone was asking about a save-game re-load option. To my amazement I suddenly realize this is one of the very few games I almost never save, reload, reload, reload et infinitum. I'm not sure why. It may be because I don't mind if I lose since I'll play my game to completion anyways. Or maybe because the information at your fingertips is so comprehensive there's no surprises. Anyways, I just thought it was interesting.

It's the human ship-building line, and the orange is part of the components. I used a custom color scheme of charcoal and charcoal! Hehe, real original huh? What I wish you could see better was the placement of the "functional" radar dish (sensor is in then middle of it), and the four defensive pods on a module mount. The forum compresses and shrinks pictures here, so you don't get to see them really well until you individually click them. Looking back at it though,

Something like the suncrusher from the Star Wars universe... Specially made torpedo makes a star go supernova. If we're going to have that, lets have something that can create star systems too. There was a space game from long ago that let you do that. Do you remember what it was?

Pirate fleets in all my games have immidiately been stamped out by the other race factions. This thread kind of makes me laugh because I 'd like to tangle with pirates, but they're always killed off before I get to have my fun with them.

My graphic talent, or graphic creativity is pretty awful. My drawning skills never progressed beyond drawing stick figures and even those are bad So as I saw many cool ship designs coming out I never really held much hope for me,,, as my designs were functional not aesethetic. And when I say functional... I mean fictionally functional since I doubt a ship with missles shooting out at bizarre angles and lasers pointing at each oth

It looks like you are getting an invalid mode switch call, try manually editing your .ini file and setting your video to 1024x768, fullscreen on. My screen is set to 1280x960 and that's my desktop rez. I shouldn't be having a mode switching probelm, so for some reason I don't think that's the issue.<

Woohoo! I am so excited to have more alien diaogue and all the AI features listed above. This should really liven the game up! I must admit the game was getting a bit dry with so few interactions between the aliens, and best of all... getting to find out someone is paying someone esle to go to war with you. WOW! What a cool dimension that will add to the game. Frogboy - I'd still like your group to add something very important oo the s

Yea! Last thing I'd ask for, is when you're in the shipyard that when you click on a a weapon.armor etc module that's already on the ship... that the individual highlighted item shows what it is somewhere. Other than that request the game continues to be is superific!

On the main screen toolbar, click on the Planet/Shiplist Button. When you click on a planet in the list, the main map recenters on that planet, and the shipyard is available in the regular place onthe main screen. You can quickly go through the list. You can sort the planets by different categories in the list on t

When you're on the main map window, it's impossible to cycle through all your planets since there's no clickable button for "next planet", nor an assigned keyboard shortcut. Managing the ships orbiting planets becomes darn near impossible on a large map because you lose track of what planets you've already been to, and which you haven't. Managing ships from within the planetary window isn't an option since we can't see ships parked there - nor can we

We desparelty need a "next planet" keyboard shortcut while in the main map window. This is a needed tweak for managing your ship production since doing so from the planet management window adds several extra clicks to to build ships, plus you can't manage rally points from the planetary screen either. That way having a "next planet" button you don't need to manually click all your planets in the main map screen.
