I currently *only* seem to have pinning functionality for the taskbar on the primary monitor
I believe this is default, "Pin to taskbar" only appear in the primary monitor. Not on secondary monitor. What you could do is pin it in your primary monitor taskbar and than move it to your secondary by using this setting in Start11. "Everything" is a lightweight search tool for Windows that lets you instantly find files and folders by name. Unlike the built‑in Windows search, it scans your drive very quickly and shows results as you type, making it feel almost instant. It doesn’t search inside files, but for locating something by its filename, it’s one of the fastest and simplest apps you can use. You can find out more from its official site: https://www.voidtools.c
Ah, sorry. In my attempts to recreate the issue, I couldn't remember the original setting that resulted in the double start button, so haven't been able to recreate the full originally-observed observed behaviour. As such, the only part of the behaviour that I can recreate is the failure of the start button to respond to the stylus' presence; this is the case in both tablet and normal laptop modes. It does, however, respond to
Thanks Basj, The problem persists across full reboots, so I'm going to say that restarting Explorer doesn't resolve it. I have partially resolved it for my usage scenario (by getting rig of the taskbar autohide – so at least it's not painting in the default button and messing with the height), but that still results in the clickable area to launch the start menu being a thin sliver to the left of the start menu.</
A new issue discovered. The setup: Start 11 2.74, taskbar size: small; button image: Echo 2. Windows 11 Home 25H2 26200.9168, 125% scaled display 2-in-1 laptop, folds back to a tablet, which adapts orientation on rotation. The issue is that when the orientation changes, it appears that the taskbar is redrawn, and the redraw is not within Start 11's scope. The problems are multiple, and convolut

Hello, From my understanding, Fences doesn’t create its own separate layer in Windows. It works directly at the desktop level, essentially the last layer before your wallpaper or background. This is why it can organize icons and folders right on the desktop surface. Other applications, such as AltTabby or ObjectDock, usually operate at a higher level, overlaying or extending the interface. </p
