Right Click Menu Choices

I know it's possible to select either the Start11 right-click menu or the Win-X right click menu, but if customisations have been made to the left-click menu appearance (trivial example, no rounded corners or offsetting) then using the standard Windows right click menu leads to visual inconsistency, and whilst the obvious solution is to use the Start11 right-click menu, that menu is of limited use.  Any way round this?
