Something has "bugged me" (sorry, I could not resist!) since I first tried the game. Sometimes, a race will cotact you with an offer. Unfortunately, the race will not tell you what they are offering! What gives!?!

I have a question; what technologies are needed to build constructors, freighters, etc.?

For some unknown reason, this mod is now working. I had to reinstall Windows (for some reason, my CD-ROM would not work). Also, I had to reinstall the Game (I do not know, so do not ask). Now it works! It kicks a$$! Thanx, Rav!

Recently, I had to reinstall my "GalCiv2". At first, it workeed. Then, I installed a mod {Babylon 5}, and, suddenly, my game would not work. It says "The product appears to be validated but the serial number or machine SID don't match". I have always had problems with the Babylon 5 mod. What gaves?

Sorry, did not work. My game did not even recognize that the mod even existed! What am I missing?

As far as I can see, the B5 mod I have is the 0.3 version. I am trying 0.4 right now, and I will pass on the results. I hope this mod will work!

I tried to run the Bab5 mod --- no joy! What gives?

I found one of my problems---I was putting my mods in the folder "My Documents/My Games/GalCiv2/Mods", when I should have been putting them in the folder "My Computer/Program Files/Stardock/GalCic2/Mods". Also, NONE of the mods had the file "ModDescription.xml"---I had to copy that file from the "Example" mod! Unfortunately, the mods still do not work! Any ideas?

I cannot figure out---how do you run a mod? I have several mods, but I do not know how to run them!

The demo ran fine. The game was well worth the money. For those of you who do not have it, buy it! As hard as it is for me to say, this game is even better than Master of Orion 2! The only problem I have with this game is that the interface is hard for me to get around in, but only a little!
