I already know that. It's the reason behind those changes I'm asking about: Why did Information Warfare got moved to Diplo 2? Why have the Yor been restricted from getting access to Information Warfare?
Got the inspiration from a (once) popular DL mod. Information Warfare always seemed overpowered to me, especially against the AI. Since it's a diplomatic invasion technique it seemed appropriate to move it

Hi guys, It's been a while. First, let me address points made in recent posts. Screens I wasn't comfortable with including any changes/fixes in screens in the new update back then and I said so. The existing ones were well tested and Spinorial's did manual edits instead of using DesktopX (the took SD used to develop the screen). It has been months since I said this and if no problems have arisen I recon they won't. <hr

Try making a few Prefs.ini files for low and high detail and mix them up when you want to play on an immense map or small map.

Korx) can mine up to 50% while others only 20% 21%. For MV that has a tremendous impact on score, because an Immense galaxy holds roundabout 25 resource crystals where 4 types (research, morale, economics & military) directly translate into score. Being nerfed from 60% (Tota 20.42) to 20% is like a loss of up to +1000% of racial stats
@Orbital Sorry. I don't know. I never play the metaverse.
Yep. No denying that. Raises the question though, if there's infinities in math, do they exist? Bigger question. Is math real or merely a construct we invented? Or, is it something we stumbled upon because math is how the universe

Empty space isn't empty. All around us pairs of particles and anti-particles pop into existence only to annihilate each other a fraction of a second later. This also occurs close to the event horizon of a black hole. Once you cross the event horizon there is no

It means anything that can happen, will happen, has happened and will keep happening over and over and over. <
The article clearly says that inflation is non-local, in that the size of galaxies does not change (at least in relation to large scale distances), while the distance between galaxies can increase so fast that they actually fly apart at speeds exceeding 'c'. Yeah, I'm still trying to get my head around that. Sounds more like the universe is, or will be, bounded by an event horizon. BTW, if that last is so, what

To get the Torians to research farms you might have to resort to using some very high AIvalues. If those techs are untradable it won't break techtrading. Something around... 100 would do the trick and if you really, really want them to grab those techs -10 will almost certaintly do the job.

@Maiden. Wow, now that was a thorough analysis. Long story short. Regular farms (+food) work best because the AI actually recognizes them as farms and applies them better because of that. The morale meltdown on capital works doesn't happen and we can safely push max population on capitals to 16 bln. Correct?
I've read all your posts and I'm going to sleep on it. I'm burned out from work. Gaunathor I'll have a look at your AT sheet tomorrow. Regards and good night. M.

The Entertainment Network can be moved back to Industrial Revolution. I did a check on the changes last night and ran through the last update. Stardock really needs to address this. Heck, just Release Notes would be enough. But maybe $
