I think that Espionage should also include something like sabotage. You could bring up a screen and it could show you all the stuff that the opposing race is doing and you could look down the list and find that they are building something that you don't want them to complete and you could try and destroy it...there would be a risk factor...like if you don't succeed then you are caught and you entire espionage investment is cut-off and you can't increase it again for a while without them catching

If you choose to be good you get a new technology called Telepahtic Defense. In every ship you have telepaths that intercept missles. They can't intercept mass drivers or lasers, but all your ships have some protection against missles. When your good you can actually use greater diplomacy skills, and free terraforming isn't all that great when I can just buy it. I normally have like 20,000bc during my games...

You should probably use espionage to determine the planets IP so that you know how long it is going to take you to flip the planet, because if the planet's IP is out of your reach...you would probably not want to try and waste your time and money trying to flip a planet...although espionage does cost money too...it helps...

I think it is slightly difficult decideing where you should place a station and what mudules you should build on them? I would really like it if people posted some tips and comments here about building efficient starbases so as to not waste time building pointless bases...which I have done more often than I'd like to admit...

I think the easiest way to solve this problem is expand the program beyond a galaxy but many many galxies...that way many empires are secluded to only a few opponents...when they advance far enough they can jump ships between galaxies and decide to either conquer the galaxies or protect them...that way you wouldn't have to deal with a really big empire unless they decide to come to your galaxy and conquer you...then some players could also become like

well...the best i've ever gotten was like 1,000bc or so total from all the civs one or two starbases...both very upgraded military (right near my main enemy...sweet ) and 2 planets (one from the yor...they were my neighbor and allied with my enemy...it was class 9) (and one from the torian...they were very weak...also my neighbor...also allied

I think there should be no difference from Minor and Major races...i think all races should start out as minor races and if they progress far enough they can become a major race...so when u emerge there is like one or two other major races and if you see a race begin to develop you can crush them, take them under your wing, or have nothing to do with them...it would be a much more realistic dynamic to the game and it would add a lot of fun... <br/
