Maybe it's keyed to a date.

So what do you suggest we do about it? The population is increasing, as is the consumerism of 'third world nations'. Going back to CO2 levels of ~2000 or 1995 won't do anything useful. Personally, I think we should adjust to the changing conditions instead of trying to reverse an irreversible situation. That means, if we are the cause of GW (or not), we move inland to higher ground before the coastal areas are flooded. We relocate crops to areas
Quality also equals economy. If you can't afford to build the ships when you need them, of what use are the techs? And you can have all the money in the world, but if you don't have the techs to defeat your enemy - of what use is it? You have to be able to balance everything.
"+-25% Research bonus"
Your example has both plus and minus signs. Did you make that same typo in the file?
They base all their assumptions on a wobble. (By the way, how can they know that this planet is tidally locked? And that alone makes this a very un-earth like planet) Would you spend trillions of dollars, hundreds of years, and at least hundreds of lives on an expedition to this planet? Just to see what is there? Other things that strike me as funny: The planet is estimated to be 3-4 times as large as Earth. (Earth like?) The article makes it sound like life is
I personally think the best thing that could happen to this world is an extreme solar event, in which - every satellite, computer and chip would be wiped clean. Get us all back to the basics, in one fell swoop.
Sorry, not impressed. If I was presented with these pics in a game demo, I wouldn't buy it.
Save and exit, then reload the game. But go completely out of the game, including the startup screen.
Wha Q said, again again
I second that.
It starts tonight.
Recycle bin is turned off?
Set your autosave to 3-4 turns. You have two copies that are recent to fall back on. (AutoSave and PreviousAutoSave) By the way, you did not mention if you tried your PreviousAutoSave.sav game. It should be more recent than the the first turn save. I have my AutoSave set to 4 turns and I save my game with a unique filename periodically, especially if I do a lot in any given turn (Game1 or Game2, like that).
Obama is not a racist... and no, he was not born in another country. Anyone that says either of those two things is undeserving of American citizenship.
I sure would like to see his long form birth certificate to verify that, though. And you have a very strange idea of who deserves to be a citizen. Personally, with that attitude, I don't think you deserve to be a U.S. citizen.
If it is a recurring pattern, it can not also be unusual.
By the way, here is what HUD has to say about being homeless... (other than literally being on the street and sleeping in a box) You are homeless if you: >are living in transitional or supportive housing for homeless persons but originally came from streets or emergency shelters; >ordinarily sleep in transitional or supportive housing for homeless persons but are spending a short time (30 consecutive days or less) in a hospital or other institution <br
OMG, do you think that your experiences have made you stronger, or weaker? You are now in college, and you seem to appreciate the opportunity it represents. Many 'richer class' kids probably feel differently about it than you do. And I think you took psychoak's last remark both in the wrong way and out of context, considering your reply.
The twit(and I'm being polite here, real polite) that was bitching at our dear leader the other day about how she wasn't seeing any change for the middle class is crapping about how hard life is while she sends her two kids to private school. She's in such dire straits, that she can blow eight grand a year, maybe thrice that on a private education, after paying up the ass for her tax share on the public schools, All the pinheads on TV are all "OMG!!! Well, before I buy any chip like that I will have a crack for it.
Whatever worked before, will work now.
No, because if I buy a computer with a 200GB drive I get a 200GB drive. How would it be if I bought a computer with only 200GB 'activated' on a 2TB drive, only to have to pay more to enable the rest of the space on that drive? Your example is with getting what you pay for - as in a 2TB drive actually having 2TB of space, a 4GB RAM stick actually having 4GB of memory capacity, or a processor designed to certain specs (and advertised as those specs) actually delivering those spe
It might be a good idea to go AMD, at least until they follow suit. And then the only option would be to go Mac, until they follow suit. And then the only option is to stop buying new processors until the practice stops altogether. In the end, we do have the buying (or not) power. We can always simply keep our older hardware longer, and if need be upgrade to a slightly lesser generation. And if Intel takes a very drastic hit in sales because of t
