problem though is when you use them the editor, it takes out the abilty for the player to chose there own, race to play as, and it also takes out the abilty for the player to chose who they want to play aginst. there must be way around that issue. ? What I want to do is use the normal, Senario, and just change the velocity setting so the ships move slower. I also want to change the speed influnce starts at, pretty much I want every thing to move at a slow pass for a longer game. problem is when I creat a custom Senario, I do not get the options in game to pick a race or to pick who I play aginst ? it seems if you creat a custom and remove playrace it defaults to the humans. ?

I am having issues editing race config file but only for the terran allaince, what i wanted to do was make it so that all the races start out with no technology at all. I was able to do this with all the races except for the terran allaince. it seems that no matter how i edited there stats they stayed the same ? is there any way to lose the zero size planets ? there annoying I thought in DA they where going to make the zero size planets habbitable by, research via classifaction if there radio active or not instead they just used the limited number of habbit planets u get then randommized them into diffrent categories? this is kinda annoying for me anyways I would rathere they just had all planets habbitable size minum size what ever up and then categorized them into diffrent types like

seems that expasion pack hasnt really gotten made this possialbe ethere, all exapsion dose is take reg livabel planets and make it so u need research to land on them. instead of turning the 0 class planets into ones that could be habbitable via research.

theres a mod for glatic civ2 with out expasion pack to add all, the races into game plus dread lords. it even changes the dimpolacy to show all the races. I dont see why it couldnt be done for dark avatar I also not sure why u cant or could have a bigger map. or change it so that map is bigger.
