Ive noticed that through Galactic Civilization their has NEVER , been a female Altarian, Drengin, Human especially, etc. In GalCiv2 I notice the same linear. How about adding Ambassadors or for Galactic reports a member of your species is in that position that is atleast, not wearing explicit attire and is female of cros, but maybe going over the line of Explicit, Cleaveage isn't a bad idea, right CariElf? I dont think Strategy First is aimi

Unique idea all its own. Perhaps in combat Captiol-Ships can deploy these to gain a visual advantage and during planetary-invasion they're deployed in orbit to take more detailed photos of Captiol, Improvements, Terrain.

I look in the screenshots and starsystems are so close to eachother, how about some distance, not to little, not to much but. Realism wise, you could make every planet in a star-system on the axis, they all revolve together, they all are between eachother, you know what I mean.

Presuming you didn't obliterate the populations existance, how about a set of options after post-invasion both for if the invaders were unsuccessful and successful. When a planet is captured and their exists a population still, the invaders can Assimilate, literally becoming a national planet. Like Hearts-Of-Iron, Paradox, Puppet-Regime which causes the planet to breakoff from their Empire and become Independent including politicaly and economicaly becomi

No this doesn't seem like a good feature in GalCiv2, only way to obtain technology should be by espionage or spoils of war, specificaly conquering Civilization planets or ships. Otherwise everything else should provide you with the "Basic Concept" thus considerably lowering Time and cost for project.

This is a nice proposititon, further defining the 3 weapon genres, making them more unique all their own but Beam at higher levels should be very expensive and remove medium because when your laser technology is very advanced shouldn't you have Tachyon cannons, plasma dischargers, quantum/ion turrets stuff, Projectile is fine&dandy with me Canadian.

The Minor-Races and Empire Independent planets, ( brokeoff, lack of communication forming colony into independent Soverign state, etc .) Should have a set of Diplomatic options of their own for players and Artifical-Intelligence which is a Major Civilization. To begin with, These small flourishing, (Or dying) civilizations and Independent Empire populations are politicaly, economicaly, militarily and technologically inferior unless their

Thank you Lowa, I love how we can understand eachother greatly. Well Bombs, Explosives, Naplam is Conventional weapons which has never been banned although this game isn't based on realism I still feel more powerful bombardment weapons such as Chemical, Biological and Nuclera/Fusion bombs and weapons should be bannable in GalCiv2. A Mass Driver is a genre of Ballistic weapons, cannons, accelerated guns, rifles, etc.. What c

I feel what would make the 10 Civilizations more unique, diverse and feel alittle more like an entirely new game experince is (although conflicting with my Planetary suggestions), instead of "limit" technologies because a Civilization "is this or that instead" because they can "work well under here and flourish on that" they will be vulnerable to Technologies that are only permitted to them. Every Civilization will have a entirely different Technology Tre

Focusing on other areas of Research is entirely up to you and the individual player, most of these Ground-Force techs would be accompolished by researching all the regular techs affecting your spaceships, like Beam first teach simply, you a Beam-Rifle or in Mass-Driver you get a Semi-Automatic....

My concept for the Planetary Invasion begun in my first thread on GalCiv2 and I hope you all enjoyed it although how very long it is though, hopefully if you Developers toke a glance or read through it you understood me.. To gain locked Tactial options, increase effectivity and efficeny of units of armies, etc WarFare, Communication, Medical, Industrial technology permits this easily through the tech-tree. To begin this I have spoken of Armi

Bombardment suggestions I believe Galactic Civilization two, unlike one has to midly make invasion and bombarding of planets more indepth, take a look at Master-Of-Orion-3, that should be the direct direction GC-II should go, we need to step aside simple random numerical to decide the fate of our ground forces, their was absolutely no tacticalism in the first GC because "luck" was involved. My a
