I had some sor t of problem with GalCiv which I wanted to get resolved quickly, because I was about to deploy to Afghanistan and I wanted to bring a [working] copy of the game with me on my laptop. CariElf responded to my request and enabled me to get the game running before I left, which I greatly appreciated, as I did her comments about my imminent departure. So, I've been a CariElf fan since then. Glad I found this topic!
