Basically this event occured and I recieved the planet, unfortunately it was a planet already occupied by another race. They were evicted and I attempted to build on this palnet. there was no coloney but i could queue up projects. The build time was never. Attempts to colonize with a coloney ship fail, the ship would only go into orbit. Attempting to destroy the coloney to recolonize fail as the destroy coloney button crashes the game.
