Question: What is supposed to be in Colony box in list?

In the Colonies List popup, there is a square next to each colony name with the Planet Quality number in the corner. The square is a size that suggests to me that an icon (or some graphic) belongs inside it. Was this intentionally left blank, or are graphics missing here?

That is where the picture of the planet appeared in B2. B3, no planet picture.
