GalCiv II 0.12 BETA Released

Greetings everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that build 0.12 of the Galactic Civilizations II BETA has been released. This will be the last release for BETA 1. There have been a number of changes since the last build, including:

Loading save games now works. Please note that old save games will not work and should be deleted.
Planet improvements are now displayed in the build list.
A GC Config applet was added.
New moon and ring graphics were added.
Plus many bug fixes.

For full details on everything, please check the History in SDC, or the history.txt file in the GalCiv 2 directory. Enjoy!
