I purchased Curtains just over a year ago, I today I got the

 

  • You are currently at your download limit. (31 / 30)

 

How is this calculated? I'm 10000000% positive I haven't downloaded 31 items from wincustomsize within the last few days. So are these download counts ongoing during the times between actively purchasing stuff? Are they rese after the 1 year of privilege?

If you purchase a product (such as WindowBlinds), you get one year of unlimited downloads. The same goes for a WC sub. Also, if you have an active Object Desktop membership.

After that time, your account reverts back and you will be subject to download caps.
