I never liked Stardock Central let alone Impulse but in the waning days of Stardock Central I did install it so as to get the latest versions of the game that I could at the time and then uninstalled it which had painful unintended consequences.

Since then much time and many revs have gone by and I'm interested in hearing from anyone that can tell me what the differences are between the versions I currently have on my PC and the most current versions.

I do object to having Impulse on my machine but *if* the differences in versions are significant enough I might be willing to install Impulse do an upgrade and then uninstall Impulse.

So the revs I have on my machine are the following, the first is what's displayed in my registry and the one in parenthesis is what's displayed in game.

DL 1.50.135  (v1.5)
DA 1.80g.100 (v1.80g)
TA 1.96.027 (v1.96)

So I guess the first question is what are the current revs of the game?

I'd also like to know how long these versions have been in use and how likely these are to change in the future?

I assume that the current revs should be pretty stable and are unlikely to change anytime soon. But one of my main objections to updating the game was that it always seemed that as soon as you updated to one rev they would announce another rev. However I would hope that the "churning" would have stopped by now.
