Back in the day my friend had this game where you could select from several different monsters (one of them looked kind of like Stay Puff the Mashmallow Man another might have been a praying mantis and there several others can't remember them maybe a King Kong/Godzilla look-likes) and a destroy the city.  No it wasn't Rampage because it had an overview perspective and I know what Rampage is.  Also the city maps were bigger than Ramages side scrolling maps like the whole screen and beyond would be the city width.  I can't remember what it was on (I think it was 5 1/2 or floppy) and it was in the early 90s like 91/2.  It wasn't a NES/SEGA game the system was like the TI computer game system (does any one remember that? They had some cool games) but it wasn't the TI for I knew that.

One of the sceniro for this game (besides destroying the city) was you had to find your baby monster which was lost in the city.  He said it was a dumb game so we never played it.

DOES ANYONE KNOW what game I am talking about? I have never seen it since.
