Where have all the good planets gone.

Newest version of Ultimate

Hi new time member long time fan of the game.

Ever since I downloaded the newest version of the Ultimate edtiion. I have noticed a sharp decrease in 12+ 'non extreme' planets. All the good ones seem to be extreme colonization types.. I have tried it on all the settings for that catagory and still seem to have no 12+ regular planets. Attached is an example..Extreme is set on occasional. Even the purple stars are all EC and their quality has decreased as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've noticed this too... does kinda make the Super Adapter ability quite lucrative .  Maybe its to encourage the research of advanced colonization techs... if I saw a class 5 Heavy Grav world I wouldn't really bother with researching the tech so I can go colonize it... I'd go for that juicy class 20 Barren World.

Perhaps occasional is actually one step higher than whatever the default setting was for extreme planets prior to 2.x?  In which case if you turned it down one step you might have better results...
