Is there a button (or any other type of command) that "activates" all of my ships? By activate I mean takes ships off of guard or sentry mode and clears orders? Thanks in advance

I was just declared war apon after a long period of peace, and I can't afford to have some of my fleets sitting unactively guarding some far off, out of the way resource mining base.

also: what buttons toggle through your ships? I use to know this, but it's been a while since I've needed it. Thanks again
