The Bringers of Light mod team is Recruiting!

As soon as the New Frontiers Demo is released, the team will get back to The Bringers of Light. Right now the team missing some key assets. we're in need of:

  • a ship designer -someone great with the default ship parts. Being able to make airplane style ships would help.
  • a story writer
  • an xml coder -someone who has some xml experience and can help think up some more interesting ideas to improve the game
  • a texturer -preferably somoene who is also good at simplifying higher poly models

you're probably having the same problems foxthree had. I guess i will pm you here...there would be much easier

 

better yet, you could go to mibbit.com and then log onto irc.i-mod-productions.com from there and join #i-mod.

Hey DSep - if you need a 2nd person for the backstory, I'd be happy to help whenever I have time. Also, I can ask around and see if there are any good ship-designers or XML coders. I'm not making any promises on that, but I'll see who I can find. Best Regards.

I'm not sure from the message, but it would seem to me the seth can't think of anything that goes with the theme of the mod and therefore cannot do the writing (correct me if i'm wrong, seth). So at the moment, i'd say that yes, I could use you as a story writer.

 

thanks for offering to look for ship designers and xml coders.

although cypher is working on the story, we could still use other writers to help him with that and maybe to write descriptions for techs, improvements etc.

we are also still recruiting for all of the other jobs mentioned in the body post.
