Galciv2 won't run after uninstall demo

Uninstalled demo after installing GalCiv2 and now GalCiv2 won't run. All files there but not running.

On impulse it wants me to download again. Another 1.2 Gb.

Anyway of fixing this other than re-installing from scratch
