Anybody know what the list is without previous beta patches?
What is actually new, has anyone put a list together of what is new from the current patch many are running?
More than 99.99% of players are still using 1.05 (verified by Impulse downloads, ICO stats and support emails) so we decided, now that testing was done, it was more useful to post the full set of changes since 1.05. However, during the beta process it was more useful to post the incremental changes seperately so the testers could verify the new fixes were valid.
The "current patch that many are running" is a bit of misnomer. Of the very small percentage of Sins players who helped with the beta test (and I have to say thanks for the awesome job they did!), very few of those grabbed the most recent 1.096 patch and the strong majority of people who did help never downloaded past 1.09. Like the 1.05 users, this group is probably more interested in the overall list of changes than the incremental changes.
So I guess my question is, which delta do you want to see?
1.05->1.09?
1.09->1.095?
1.095->1.096?
1.096->1.1?
1.05->1.1?
All the deltas are public here on the forums except 1.096 to 1.1 but it's really short and looks as follows:
Edit: I should point out that even those this list is relatively short, some of the fixes took an extraordinary amount of time and manpower.

-Quick bounty now selects the highest bounty player who isn't a peace treaty ally.
-Fix big where anything killed counted towards ship quest kill count.
-Both the Domina Subjugator and Serevun Overseer now join fleets by default.
-Fix resource mines at unowned planets (unless they are capturable) from getting 100% allegiance.
-Fix various attacks from destroying place holder buildings.
-Fix deploying turrets in the wrong place. Siege and missile turrets should now be much more useful.
-Fix bug where ships that are AI owned fail to attack after turning AI off.
